After six years of full time study at the University of Western Sydney, a Bachelor of Applied Science in Osteopathy and a Masters degree in Osteopathy, Mark worked in a busy Osteopathic practice located in Peakhurst for five years commencing 2001 before moving to Queensland as a registered osteopath working in two clinics on the Gold coast. He is registered with the Osteopaths Board of Queensland and a member of the Australian Osteopathic Association. Mark treats all patients who present with many and varied musculoskeletal and visceral conditions, with special interests in chronic back and neck pain plus paediatrics and the elderly. He has an infectiously happy personality and a great love for his profession, hence his continuing study and research endeavours. Mark aims to provide treatment that is gentle, effective and most importantly safe. DR KATRINA CHAMPION B.App.Sci (Osteopathy); Master of Osteopathy. With a Bachelor of Applied Science in Osteopathy and a Masters degree in Osteopathy, Katrina is registered with the Osteopaths Board of Queensland and is a member of the Australian Osteopathic Association (AOA).
She has worked in busy practices in both Sydney and on the Gold Coast over the years. Katrina loves her chosen career, as she gets the opportunity to treat a wide variety of health conditions. She has special interests in sports injuries (and their prevention), women’s health (e.g. pre-menstrual pain and pre-natal care) and back and neck pain. Katrina aims to provide safe and effective treatments that are tailored to the individual, ensuring the best possible functioning of the body and therefore improving general health. DR TIMOTHY CROWE B.App.Sci (Osteopathy); Master of Osteopathy Tim completed his osteopathic studies (Bachelor of Applied Science in Osteopathy and Masters in Osteopathy) at the University of Western Sydney and is a registered member of the Australian Osteopathic Association. Since moving from Sydney to the Gold Coast in 2009 he has built up a varied and enjoyable client base . Tim has experience as a high performance athlete and enjoys the challenges that are associated with treating and managing the injuries incurred by dancers, recreational and high performance athletes as well as people who rely heavily on their bodies for their occupation. Tim’s priority is safe, effective and efficient treatment and management of the patient to ensure that function is maximized. tim@seosteopathy.com.au DR NICK KHIROYA B.App.Sci(Osteo), Master Oseopathy Nick has been an Osteopath for eight years dealing with a variety of patients from children to the elderly. He has a great interest in helping his patients understand the reason for their discomfort and providing them with the tools to help and look after themselves. Nick is currently furthering his career by pursuing studies in Medicine here on the Gold Coast. With the use of a variety of osteopathic techniques he is able to help his patients in a manner that suits his patient best, tailoring each treatment to maximise the short term and long term results.
DR BIMBI GRAY B.Nat B.Clin.Sci (Osteo) M.Ost.Med Graduating from Southern Cross University with qualifications in Osteopathy and Naturopathy, Bimbi offers a holistic and evidence-based approach to primary healthcare, combining naturopathic principles with osteopathic diagnosis and treatment. Bimbi uses a broad range of osteopathic techniques including soft tissue massage, stretching, manipulation and joint mobilisation as well as some gentle indirect techniques to address structural imbalances to optimise musculoskeletal function. She has a particular interest in women’s, child and adolescent health. Rebates for Health funds are accepted and her treatments are recognised by Workcover and Medicare.
